I take a very different approach and focus on what foods to include to ensure the conversation and outcome is positive and productive. Whether I am working with a weight management or GI patient, I use a holistic approach to improve gut health, sleep hygiene, physical activity, mental health, all while maintaining or creating a healthy relationship with food.
